Sonara is a social streaming facilitator. Users hold 100% legal liability for all uploaded media. Sonara does not claim ownership over any content you create or upload. We are a platform, not a publisher.
By uploading, you warrant that you own the rights to all prompts, stems, and final audio in your submissions. Unauthorized celebrity voice clones, deepfakes, or impersonation of real artists are strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate and permanent ban without refund.
Sonara follows Notice and Takedown protocols in compliance with the DMCA. If we receive a valid copyright complaint about your content, we will remove it and notify you. By using Sonara, you agree to indemnify and hold Sonara harmless against any copyright claims arising from content you upload.
By uploading content, you grant Sonara a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, stream, and display your content on the platform for discovery purposes only. This license does not transfer ownership and is fully revocable by deleting your content from the platform.
Before enabling "Sell" or "Sponsor" options on any track, creators must complete the Sonara Authorship Verification process to prove original creation. This fingerprinting scan is required once per track and cannot be bypassed. Attempting to sell content that fails verification results in immediate listing suspension.
A Sponsorship is a social contract between creator and fans. By starting a sponsorship campaign, creators are obligated to provide project updates to their backers. Funds are released to creators based on project milestones defined in the project dashboard. Sonara reserves the right to freeze funds if update obligations are not met within 30 days of a milestone date.
Creators may list digital assets — songs, stems, and art — for sale. Upon a successful transaction, the buyer receives a personal download and usage license. The 10% platform fee is automatically deducted before funds reach the creator's balance. All fees are disclosed before any transaction is confirmed.
Creators may withdraw their 90% earnings share once a transaction has cleared. Sonara processes withdrawals in good faith and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Minimum withdrawal thresholds may apply based on payment method.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Sonara. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Report any unauthorized access to support@sonaramusic.net immediately.
You may not upload content that contains hate speech, incites violence, sexually exploits minors, or violates any applicable law. Repeat violations will result in permanent account termination and potential legal action.
Sonara reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days in advance.
